Our equipment is appropriate for your little crawlers to five years old. Adults are welcomed to join children in the play area without shoes but must not use the equipment.
Our safety rules will be posted at all events to ensure the safety of all your guests.
PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
Children must be supervised by an adult (18 years old)/parent/guardian while in the play area.
Soft Play areas are designed for crawlers to 5 years ONLY.
NO Shoes, SNEAKERS, HIGH HEELS, FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS are allowed on mats/play area.
NO food, drinks or sweets, gum, etc allowed in play area.
No paint stain/ mess-prone (i.e., glitter, slime, messy arty, temporary tattoos, face paint etc.) are not allowed in soft play area.
NO writing utensils/ sharp objects within the play area.
No animals in the play area.
NO equipment should be removed from within play area.
Additional safety rules below will be reviewed prior to your event.
NO shoving, pushing, wrestling, piling or rough play in the play area.
NO diving or throwing balls out of ball pit.
NO water activities in the play area.
Equipment can get very hot in the sunlight; therefore, any outdoor setup must be in a shaded area for the safety of all.
Delivery is included in the package price for all venues within Lexington, TN. A custom delivery fee based on mileage will be added for any venues outside of Lexington, TN.
We offer set-ups for both indoor and outdoor venues. Our set-ups are approximately (10ft x 13ft) - (17ft x17ft). If you need a smaller set up, please let us know and we’ll try to make it happen! We highly recommend measuring your area; however, we can arrange layouts to best fit your space. We will not move any furniture, so please make sure that the area is clear and ready for set up.
What areas do you set up outdoors?
We set up on level grass or concrete. We will not set up in muddy areas, gravel, or sand.
At the time of booking, a $100 refundable damage deposit will be charged. This fee will be returned within 48 hours of pickup and inspection of the items. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event date. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your booking and the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
What will cause loss of the damage deposit?
The following list includes examples (not limited to) that can the damage deposit to be forfeited.
We understand that our equipment will have natural wear and tear, but we do ask that our clients follow all the rules and treat our equipment as if it were their own.
All packages are for a 2-hour rental. Additional hours can be added, if available, for $50 an hour. Our last drop off time is 6:00pm unless otherwise arranged.
All equipment is cleaned, disinfected, and inspected before and after every rental.
Yes. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance should your venue require one.
If you have an outdoor event planned, we strongly encourage you to have an indoor alternative just in case. Water can cause severe damage to the equipment. We will not set up outdoors during heavy wind, possibility of rain, thunder, or lightning. The equipment will get extremely hot in direct sunlight; therefore, we require an outdoor set up to have adequate shade for the safety of everyone. Once set up, the equipment will not be moved to another location. If your event must be cancelled due to weather conditions and/or unforeseeable events the day of your event, you will be contacted by Little Giggles & Co to have your event rescheduled within 3 months and your deposit will not be refunded. If no rescheduling is possible, you may cancel the booking with a 50% cancellation fee.
Your package will be delivered and set up approximately 1-2 hours prior to your event start time. Please ensure the area is clear and ready for set up. If there are any restrictions that may delay set up (stairs, lack of parking, etc.) please let us know prior to the event so that we may plan accordingly. We will arrive at the end of your rental time to pick up the equipment. Please make sure that all personal belongings are removed from the area and that all balls are put back into the ball pit.
