Arena Layout and Package Options

ALL PACKAGES CAN BE RESERVED FOR INDOOR OR OUTDOOR EVENTS!
 

Rental packages include-

• Delivery*, set up, and breakdown
• Heavy duty inflatable bunkers that are designed to withstand the extreme demands of the professional paintball industry
• Nerf Blasters and foam darts for all participants (based upon party size)
• Game supplies & instructions (cones, flags, team colors, etc.)**
• MANDATORY Eye Protection for all participants 

*Delivery is included for all venues in Lexington, TN. An additional travel fee will be added for travel outside of that range.
**Availability is dependent upon party size.

IMPORTANT NOTICE-

• Pricing DOES NOT include any venue rental fees.
• Taxes will be added to total.
• Customer is responsible for securing/providing an adequate event location and any and all permissions and/or permits (We are happy to work with venue managers to provide proof of insurance and other documents as they require).

Booking & Cancellation Policies-

Booking Policy
We operate on a first come, first served basis and can only accommodate a limited number of events per day. Once a reservation is confirmed that date and time slot is no longer available. Due to the challenges of rebooking last-minute cancellations and to help manage our operational costs, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We understand this may be an inconvenience, but this policy helps us reduce scheduling conflicts and last-minute cancellations. To secure your preferred date and time, we highly recommend booking as early as possible.
 

IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee dates or services until full payment has been received.
 

Cancellation & Weather Policy-
 

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements (e.g., purchase order) are made. Dates and services are not guaranteed until full payment is received. All payments are non-refundable.
 

While we do not offer refunds, we will work with you to reschedule if requested at least 48 hours before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and our discretion. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the full booking fee and are not eligible for rescheduling.
 

Little Giggles & Co. is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather or events beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel, end early, or reschedule in cases of severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, war, civil unrest, public health emergencies, or other events that may affect safety or delivery.
